How exactly does it work?

abe has developed an original and rigorous methodology that enables each participant to select the contacts best suited to their needs and receive, a few days before the event, a personalised two-day schedule of targeted meetings.

A large part of the work is carried out by our team to make the process easier for you and save you time. Simply follow the procedure below and benefit from our expertise.

Step 1: Company Profile

Suppliers and buyers complete their company profile online, detailing their technical expertise and, respectively, their needs and areas of interest. Registration will only be definitively confirmed upon receipt, by email or post, of the Supplier Order Form or the Buyer Registration Form. You will then receive a username and password allowing you to update your profile if necessary, up until Monday, May 24, 2027.

Step 2: The SECURFOOD 2027 Technical Catalogue

When the online technical catalogue opens on Wednesday, May 26, 2027, at 12:00 pm, you will have access to the profiles of suppliers and buyers participating in the business convention, as well as the detailed conference programme.

You will be able to request meetings with the contacts you wish to meet, as well as indicate those you do not wish to meet (refusals will only be taken into account at this stage).

You must also specify your availability and select the conferences you wish to attend no later than Friday, June 11, 2027, at 12:00 pm.

Step 3: Your Personalised Meeting Schedule

Based on your selections, refusals and availability, we will prepare a schedule including your meetings and conferences, which you will receive by email on Thursday, June 17, 2027, at 12:00 pm.

Securfood 2027

Each participant is required to adhere to their meeting schedule. The meetings, lasting 30 minutes each, take place in individual booths, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

On site, the organising team will be available to arrange additional meetings and answer any questions you may have.
